A Kiss for Cinderella is a play by J. M. Barrie. It was featured on Broadway in 1916 and starred Maude Adams. The play opened at the Empire Theater on December 25, 1916 and ran for 152 performances. In 1925 it was made into a feature silent film by Paramount and starred Betty Bronson.
Maude Adams plays the part of Miss Thing, a poor London girl who takes care of a group of refugee children from various countries during World War I. She adores the story of Cinderella and dreams, in an impoverished state, of being at the Ball.
